Perhaps the tory-dominated Borough Council have a grudge against the Independent PCC who pipped the Tory candidate to the post?

The "non political" post of PCC has seldom proven so in practice.

I sold my motorbike on my 50th birthday. I'm now the proud owner of a Raleigh Foldaway bicycle (that's right, tiny wheels and it fits into a carrier bag). I've been filmed/voice recorded by a member of the public on occasion. I don't have a problem with it. I'm not sure that the PCSO in the video clip handled the chap very well, but we don't know what was said before he started recording. What a shame that the PCSO concerned didn't have his own Body W...
